The character of the wine from this vineyard at the top of Willunga Hill is really very consistent vintage to vintage. The well established vines thrive in the environment. Intense yet wonderfully elegant. Predominantly red fruit notes, with plum, and raspberries notes. And delicious spicy notes of nutmeg and even black pepper. This wine has years of cellar potential, but is drinking beautifully now!!
