I will readily admit I have a real “crush” on Spanish Verdejo, and its diversity of expression. This wine has high tone aromatics, across a spectrum of fruits: melon, lychee, peach & nectarine. On the palate, it has a richness and persistence, yet very lifted, elegant notes that add to the distinctive personality of this wine. A great match with whatever you choose to eat.
