2010 La Jara 'Zero Assoluto' Sparkling Extra Brut
This is truly a unique wine. 'Zero Assuluto' is the latest creation from the talented Marion brothers. This sparkling wine is produced with 100% Glera grapes, and as the name suggests is completely dry!! Refermentation is achieved with selected natural yeasts using the Charmat method (7 months in the autoclave) and it has a zero dosage, achieving the very distinctive result of a completely dry Sparkling wine. It is a Brut 'natural' enthralling wine with fi ne scents of delicate yeasts, white flowers and grapefruit juice. It is velvety, creamy and perfectly balanced. A wine for connoisseurs. Cuisine: Perfect with raw fish, oysters, sashimi and sushi.
