A PORTFOLIO OF WINES FROM THE MOST SIGNIFICANT WINE PRODUCING AREAS IN THE WORLD

2005 Hill of Content "Benjamin's Blend" Dry White

Region:
West Australia/South Australia, Australia

Tasting Notes

Taste notes:

This distinctive blend of Unoaked Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc & Semillon is a real charmer, just like our young son Benjamin Edward (when he wants to!). It's bright, vibrant and youthful, yet rich and complex. The "trio" of white varieties play well against each other. The wine is also wonderfully versatile with food, matching almost anything you might want to enjoy. Whatever you choose, you'll be on the Hill of Content (happiness, that is).

Reviews

This light, spring onion scent reduction gives way to clean, refreshing grapefruit and green melon flavours. Decant this blend of sauvignon, semillo, verdejo and chardonnay to bring out the fruit." Wine & Spirits Magazine, June 2007
