The marriage of these wonderfully characterful varieties is made very special by the skills of Winemaker Nick Haselgrove. He is an intuitive winemaker, and brings together these 3 varieties in percentages that are dictated by the vintage. He is looking for the charm of the high tone notes of Grenache, with the body and intensity of flavor that Shiraz delivers, with the “darkness” of Mourvedre. The wine exhibits great balance, great texture and mouth filling yet elegant.
