2010 Altivo "Barrel Selection" Chardonnay-Viognier
Intense greenish yellow color. Complex nose, with soft fruity aromas like pineapple, white peach and light vanilla hints from its barrel fermentation. A slight mineral aroma can also be detected. It has an important structure in the mouth, with a harmonious and elegant ending. A perfect candidate for smoked trout, white meats and vegetarian dishes. Serve at 8°-10°C.
