Tasting Notes

Taste notes:

(Sauvignon:50%; Gros Manseng: 20%; Colombard:15%; Ugni blanc: 15%) Take an elegant Sauvignon from an outstanding gravelly terroir. Add Gros Manseng, Colombard and Ugni Blanc from the right siliceous terroir. The result is a very special wine. Without wood, it is at once clean and stylish, crisp and fruity, fresh and mineral. Amazingly balanced, it has a multi-layered complexity due its four varietals. The elegance of the 'Sauvignon' and its white fruit aromas are beautifully completed by the exotic citrus and quince notes of the 'Gros Manseng', the freshness of the 'Ugni blanc' and the amazing length of the 'Colombard'. An exceptional wine.
