This sets the stage for a moderately structured, slightly narrow wine that has enough structure to evolve for 1-2 years. Perhaps it will fill out with another 1-2 years of cellaring and achieve an outstanding rating. In the meantime, it is an excellent value that will deliver pleasure for another 5-6 years.
The owner of the Ojo de Vino Estate responsible for the Puro wines is Dieter Meier, famous in the field of techno music. The Puro wines are Certified Organic. (Jay Miller)
