This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc just keeps overdelivering time and again! Sea breezes are a an integral part of the terroir of Marlborough as its relatively warmer here than most of the rest of the South Island. The cooling salt air makes its way inland between the various ranges and cools the face of the vineyards planted there keeping the wines fresh and clean. The Silver Beach balances this freshness by aging the wine on the lees to add texture and depth not often found in Sauvignon Blanc at this level. Juicy mango and passionfruit flavors abound, fresh cut lemon and lime blossom are backed up by a fresh but thirst quenching finish.
