Donna Paolina winery was born in 2011 of a collaboration between three stars of Campania. Valentino is a renowned oenologist and strives to produce wines that showcase the beauty and essence of his native Campania, while Contrada owns vineyards perfect for making terroir driven wines with the native grapes of Campania. Fiano di Avellino sinks its roots deep into ancient volcanic ash and lava flows releasing millennia of geological history in the glass. Layers of citrus peels backed up with nutty depth, a great match with breaded chicken parmigiana, eggplant lasagna, or fried porcini mushrooms. Match with Grana Padano cheese.
