Detail
Born as a project to best demonstrate which varietals best suit each appellation, Casa Julia is the result of Pablo Morandes lifes work. One of the fathers of winemaking in Chile, his influence has transformed plantings in the Maipo Valley to be revered and respected around the world. This wine is a pale, gleaming yellow with flecks of green. It offers plenty of tropical and citrus fruit and hints of herbal notes. Young and lively on the palate, this white has great body and length. Try it with fresh-caught sea bass or garlic-based seafood. A fresh goats cheese like Chevre is best.
