Chateau Ste. Michelle’s roots go back to the early 1900’s, but it was after prohibition in 1967 when Andre Tchelistcheff, guided the winery to plant vinifera varieties. This and America’s rediscovered love of wine ushered Chateau Ste. Michelle into modernity and laid the foundation for the estate we know today. The Chateau Ste. Michelle Indian Wells Red Blend is a delightfully drinkable combination of Syrah, Merlot, Malbec and a smattering of other varieties that showcases the ripe black and blue fruit so indicative of the warm Columbia Valley sunshine. Enjoy with grilled sausages or roasted chicken, and cheeses like aged cheddar or gouda .
