Columbia Crest produced its first vintage in 1983 in the heart of Washingtons Columbia River Valley. Ever since theyve dedicated their 2500 acres of vineyards to producing the best quality wines that are true to both the variety and region they come from. The Columbia Crest H3 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from local family farms that the estate has worked with for generations. The grapes are matured for eighteen months in a mixture of American and French oak barrels before blending and bottling. This is a bold wine with blackberry, cherry, and currant mingling with vanilla and spice, and soft chocolatey tannins that provide beautiful structure.
